FIND-V1: Fitting Individual Neuronal Data from V1
Welcome, this page is expanded almost daily at the moment. Our intention is to document and provide the code for a project at University of Nottingham fitting a filter-based single-unit model to real data from macaque primary visual cortex. The model is implemented using Python. For any questions or more information about the project please send an email to carl.svensson@nottingham.ac.uk.

At the Downloads page we now have a recent talk avialable. The talk was given at the University of Nottingham at the 16 March. On the downloads page we finally have some code available.
Fonts
Some pages will contain Tex fonts for the equations but to see those correctly you need download and install the fonts. A bit more info can be found on our Downloads page.
Credits
The Principle Investigators on the project are Dr Jonathan Peirce (School of Psychology) and Prof Stephen Coombes (School of Mathematical Sciences), but it's the postdoc, Dr Carl-Magnus Svensson (School of Psychology) that does most of the work!
The project is funded by a Wellcome Trust project grant.
