“Stuff”
I grew up in Italy, but, when I was seventeen, I was
fortunate enough to be sent to Waterford Kamhlaba, United
World College
of Southern Africa, in Swaziland.
Apart from the fact that I did not really know where Swaziland was
until I was made the offer, I had a great time and met some of my best
friends for life.

Information
on Waterford and on the United World Colleges!
In Swaziland, I caught the “travel
bug”, a very serious illness that forces one to visit many countries
(from Italy to Swaziland to Scotland
to Canada to England).
Only recently I seem to have settled a little, while some of my friends
continue to wander all over the world (from Rwanda
to Canada to China).
Having said that, there is a lot to see in the UK. I recently went hiking (well,
sleeping more than hiking) in Wales
with Jon and the scenery was
beautiful. When I am organised enough I will put some photos here…
While in Scotland, I
started practicing Aikido and have continued to do so in the various places
to which I have moved. Aikido is a non-aggressive martial art, perfect
regardless of your age and size. Actually, the smaller you are, the better,
as you gain in satisfaction throwing around big men with little effort.
Brilliant.

Magic?
Impossible? Information on Aikido in
general, in St. Andrews
(UBeA), in Kingston (Ontario, Ki Aikido), in London
(BAF) and in Nottingham (Shudokan
Aikido).
